I can’t even tell you how much I adore this.

Low poly? Yes please!

It’s amazing you could put so much nice stuff into such a low mesh.

Thanks for the nice words guy!!! Its so good to hear this nice words!

How did you manage the holes in the cloth? If the geometry for the cape has thickness and you cut a hole in it i would think there would be areas where you can see inside the mesh and it would cause problems with the projection and sculpting from that point on…? Can you shed some light on your process of cutting those holes out?

(P.S. I know in the low poly it’s just an alpha, i mean in the high poly in Zbrush)

…really? lol

Absolutely phenomenal work.

Priceless:)

Thanks for the comments!!!

Clintus Maximus - I will soon post some pictures showing how I did that but the method of doing was: For the holes it was a very simple concept, considering that everything would be baked in the low poly. I just sculpted the cape without holes then I masked where I wanted the holes. To avoid the gap between the two sides of the cape caused by the thickness, I simply smoothed the area (to the point of almost overlapping) to get rid of this area. Finally, I just hid the masked polys. If this is not helping just let me know!

Keep commenting guys I really wanna hear some feedback from you!

Cheers!

Hey
really nice work! good job mate!
nice low poly render!!

Beautiful detailing work!Great character!

wow, she is really beautiful.

i got a question: How did you make the cape look so natural in your video?

Thank you for the replys guys!

mojorising - For the cape I just used Havok’s reactor cloth in 3ds Max, I applied the modifier with some wind and calculated the Physics to create the animation.
If you are more interested here is the settings that I used…and the yellow dots are the points that are locked in space.

awsome work my friend! I love the turntable. Nice what you did with the cape.
My only critic would be the feet. they just feel a bit too thick. They could have needed a bit more of a feminin form.
still very impressive work!
good luck with the job hunt!

Hi Max thanks for the comment! Its good to hear from you. The boot is a little bit tuned from the original concept but I wanted to keep with the same style. Here is Blizzard’s original concept.

Thanks!!!
