Its weird, Marcus Civis macro works fine in me PC. It’s true that it isn’t as smooth but that’s not really important at all… I would try to find why it isn’t working…

It took some time, This is what i discovered.
KEEP SHIFT DEPRESSED and hit the tilde key twice to get 350.
Then HOLD DOWN THE CTRL KEY ALSO to get 862 and then hit the tilde key ONCE to get 126.
With SHIFT constantly depressed, This then consistently produces the number 126 in the prefs>Utilities window, second slider.
Alt and the tilde key never produces the number 126 Although the Mac Keyboard viewer shows it under the keys in my original post picture.
To produce a tilde symbol within a text program as explained before
I would have to press Alt then ¨^~ THEN, a yellow box appears, after pressing the arrow key, a tilde symbol is gained in a text program.
This is the process i have to go through to make the tilde here. ~
As for the WrapCanvas.txt in the discussed folder…
It does not produce a WrapCanvas button in the macro pallet.
I have restarted ZBrush
and… Restarted the computer.
still nothing.
Wacom Tablet
As the tilde key is alt then ^ then up arrow within a text program I can not produce this symbol in my Wacom keystroke setting either.
Wacom tablet therefore not available to set this keystroke.
I am very very lost at this and i´m feeling really quite down that this is getting the better of me and you guys.
I would so like to see a button that Pixologic put in the layers pallet that i could simply add a custom hot key.
this would settle the problem once and for all for everyone, Spanish, French, German, English, Swedish and rest of the planet.
I know you guys are helping me and i am sorry that nothing seems to help.

I have one more thing to try with the Macro
Thats change the .txt to .TXT and see if that does something.

So you have the macro txt in the right forlder and it still doesnt show…I wonder if it will work if you add the WarpCanvas.zsc file of Marcus macro to the macro folder…to generate the zsc load the txt as a zscript… Just a clueless suggestion but give it a try… its very strange because marcus txt works in my pc
What tablet are you running?
The macro will not load if it has been truncated in some way. Please open it in TextEdit and show me a screenshot of the result. I will then be able to tell what’s wrong.
There is absolutely no other reason why the file would not load.
I am using Wacom 5 bought last year.
I got a reply from support who say
use the sliders in the layers pallet and or hunt the tilde key down using the preferences method, second slider and going through the keys.
This i gave tested but it was very complicated to get 126 to show up as i mentioned in my last post.

perhaps after exhausting the next test we can PM and test that out if you and i can find a good time slot.
Its becoming clear that ZBrush does not support this feature for other lands terribly well.
I think i have to get a keyboard simply to use the feature. Kinda odd but thats the way it is just now.
I’ll of course be going directly to this feature first, with every ZBrush update.
Again i’ll keep you posted with next test.
Please just do as I request. There are more possibilities before you need to think of getting an extra keyboard.
Dragged some sliders around in a UI for you yesterday. Perhaps useful. Not uploaded yet.

I am reluctant to change my User Interface on the grounds that i am a relatively new user.
My goal is to become good at knowing where things are in ZBrush.
At this point in time i would choose not to alter my ZB any further that i am forced to.
Please i hope not to disappoint you with this. I ask you to please understand.
If on the other hand you know of something native within ZBrush that will do what i want. Please just tell me where its found.

This togetherness truly makes this place very special.
There’s stuff all over and around the UI. I tried to adapt the UI to what I believed should be right at the mouse or pen without lots of menu diving. I’ve merely made some of the sliders more accessible and a few buttons and functions. You can always go back, but may not wish to 
Here’s that UI. Save your colors first, and your UI to go back to should you desire.
EDIT: The ZBrush UI is context sensitive, if the tool isn’t there, the options etc. won’t be shown/available.

At this point in time the WrapCanvas.txt file is not producing a button within my Macros Pallet of ZBrush.
With the intent of being able to use this button in the same fashion that others are using their tilde key to make tileable textures.
